About Jonathan
I’m a Puerto Rican creative copywriter working in advertising for the past 20 years. During the COVID lock-down I made a list and titled it: “Things I’ve Always Wanted to Do but Never Had the Time”. In it, I wrote ‘get an exercise routine’ and ‘start writing’. So, I did. Long story short, in the course of these last two years, I’ve lost over 60 lbs. and written 3 novels (1 Spanish and 2 English), 1 feature screenplay (Spanish), 2 TV pilots with their respective pitch decks and 4 short films (English). Needless to say, I’ve made sure to keep myself productive as I’ve gotten bit by the writing bug and now, I just can’t stop. I’ve developed a great thirst for knowledge of the industry as I’m getting ready to produce and direct my first short film this august. I’m excited to embark on this creative journey that has invigorated my passion and I look forward to connecting with people that can point me in the right direction.
