Tim has successfully built a career in Visual Effects with a list of credits spanning feature films, animated features and television. He trained in 3D animation at Centennial College then branched out into the 2D realm by working in visual effects compositing. Some of his notable feature credits include “Harry Potter and the Halfblood Prince”, “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”, “Watchmen”, and “Silent Hill”
Tim was a lead layout artist on“Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”, where he honed is management skills while helping lead a team of 15 artists to complete 1000 shots over a 9 month period. He was a compositing lead on the feature “A Dolphin Tale” and more recently on “Beauty and the Beast” Season 2. Tim also contributed to work on “Vikings” Season 2, “Penny Dreadful” Season 1. Tim also worked Season 3 of “Game of Thrones”, where he completed complex
shots involving the Ice wall climbing sequence. Tim was a 3D Stereoscopic technical director on the animated features “Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs”
In addition to the exceptional projects on which Tim as worked in Toronto, he has also worked in the United Kingdom and in the United States. Tim has worked with major visual effects companies MPC – The Moving Picture Company, Blue Sky Studios and C.O.R.E Digital Pictures, along with many other well known vfx studios.
