I'm a health writer based in Los Angeles. I've written for Health Yell, EyesOnSolution, and the Contentrist, among others, on a range of health and wellness topics. My work tends to focus on Heal-related subjects, but I've dabbled in just about everything from fitness to mental health.
When I'm not writing, I can be found reading (usually anything by Malcolm Gladwell), practicing yoga, or spending time with my partner and our two cats.
