Joel Pau

I am an 18-year-old award-winning screenwriter from Malaysia. My first screenplay, Wonders of the Symphony, was the official selection at the Mediterranean Film Festival Cannes (France), winner at the Brooklyn International Cinefest (USA), winner at the Great Asian World Cinema International Film Festival (India), a semi-finalist at the Big Apple Film Festival and Screenplay Competition (USA), the Santa Barbara International Screenplay Awards (USA) and the Chicago Screenplay Awards (USA). I was also a finalist at the International Screenwriters’ Association (ISA) Virtual Pitch Challenge (USA). Wonders of the Symphony has attracted the attention of two established producers.
