Sometimes you have to play by the rules in order to break them. 

SYNOPSIS:

Upon learning that his childhood love interest now works as an escort in the walled-off city of St. Jude, Chase Weathers sneaks in to get her out of the doomed cesspool, shut off by FEMA and left to sink or swim of its own accord. But when Chase discovers that the man she works for - the terrifying Wheeler - has taken control of the city through an escort agency that prays on corrupt officials, Chase starts his own escort agency in a long-term strategy to beat a former patron at his own game.
