About Maz

Freelance Line Producer/Production Manager/Project Manager in broadcast and digital production. Orginally from London, have freelanced for BBC Presentation, BBC World News, BBC Sport, ITV, Al Jazeera, Turner and a variety of smaller film companies and animation houses. I love what I do, and have been in this line of work for approximately sixteen years. I'm very much a people's person and have excellent cllient facing skills. First class at setting up shoots around the UK and Worldwide and have my own database of crew that I use on a global scale.

As a Production Manager and Project Manager I have lead large teams of crew, designers and animation artists. I have a solid background in every element of production from conception to creatiion and delivery My workflow processes are second to none avoiding any bottleneck situations and keeping to budget. I am constantly thinking outside the box and am also open to collobrating on exciting new projects. I have excellent skills in working remotely as well as traveilling anywhere that is requested of me.

I moved to Manchester in December 2012 and have freelanced for a couple of production houses, however the brunt of my work is in London. I would dearly like to get myself more established in Manchester as I find the people here absolutely fabulous and what an amazing creative town this is?!!

Unique traits: I believe that life is too short and enjoying what one does for a living is key to being very good at what makes a person. A loyal, precise and professional with a huge personality seeing a job through to the end leaving the client to sit back and enjoy watching their production or digital project develope into a fabulous creation!
