• Promotions, endorsements and sponsorship's getting resources and revenue for theatrical plays and musicals, movie productions, shows and concerts
• Develop sponsorship opportunities and packages for a variety of facility events
• Research and contact potential sponsors, including cold calling, prospecting, and lead development
• Create, present and sell other inventory including hospitality and suites, signage, print advertising and event display space
• Work within a team environment to achieve set revenue goals, both individually and for the marketing department
• Assist in the coordination and execution of all sponsorship programs
• Participate in facility events and productions
• Responsible for the show's content and managing choreographers, wardrobe personnel, TV production staff, script writers, researchers, budget and cast.
• Producing timing schedules, shot lists and logs for post-production
• Liaising with talent, talent agents, members of the production and staff and managing contracts with external organizations
• Coordinating and communicating production resources and facility arrangements in tandem with production managers (e.g. producing budgets, monitoring costs and controlling expenses);
• Booking artists and performers
• In charge of coordinating the catering, accommodations and transportation for performers, cast and crew members.
