Mike Nielsen

My mom left when I was 12. My dad, who raised me, came out of the closet while I was in high school. Grew up in Manhattan Beach, CA, one of the few ethnic individuals in a predominately white town. I need a memoir. Started in sketch comedy, made a sketch pilot for Showtime, but that was a long time ago. I spend my days being the best stay at home dad to a rad son and my nights writing hilarity.
