Sherry Y. Shi

Graduated from USC School of Cinematic Art, Film and TV Production in 2016, Sherry Shi now works full time as an assistant director and production manager in the film, TV and commercial industry. In 2022, I assistant directed two feature films, Inhabitants starring Anna Jacoby-Heron (Contagion, Finding Carter, Newly Single) and Josh Andrés Rivera (West Side Story, The Hunger Games: The Ballads of Songbirds and Snakes); as well as Step Aside! Starring Arden Myrin. As a director, my short film Eggs, Zombies and Bacon played at 11 film festivals nationwide, including Outfest, one of the longest running and most prestigious LGBTQ film festival.
