Andrea Pennington is an American actress, singer, TV producer and author.
As an actress, she boasts impressive stage, television and independent film credits. She is in production on a TV series called "Blues in the Night" with award-winning writer/director, Tim Reid. In this urban noire telenovela, she plays the lead role of Lura, a lounge singer who is determined to succeed at nearly any price.
Her versatility as a performer and songwriter were applauded in the musical film, "A Kick in the Head," the winner of the 48-hour Film Project for Washington, DC. She wrote and performed two of the songs for the film, including the whimsical number, "Meal Ticket."
