Writer/Producer | Film Finance Strategist | Principal Protection Fund | Founder, 727 Squared | T.R.U.T.H. Advocate
I build bridges between capital and culture, pioneering investment structures that protect equity while empowering stories that matter.
As co-developer of the Principal Protection Investment Structure, I created a new pathway for accredited investors to participate in premium independent media — one that safeguards up to 70-100% of invested capital through a fixed-income foundation while allowing for high-upside participation in film and television IP. Structured under SEC Reg D 506(c), our model was designed to solve one of the industry's most persistent challenges: first-dollar equity.
I’m also the founder and CEO of 727 Squared Entertainment, where I develop and produce film, television, and digital media projects rooted in truth, legacy, and human resilience. Drawing from my lineage as a third-generation veteran, I launched the T.R.U.T.H. Initiative, a nonprofit campaign dedicated to preserving and amplifying the untold stories of marginalized heroes through powerful storytelling.
As a screenwriter, producer, strategist, and entrepreneur, I bring decades of cross-sector experience — from media and marketing to travel and public service. I’ve served as a consultant and executive on projects valued in the millions, and previously sat on the advisory committee for BrandUSA, the nation’s travel promotion partnership.
I’m also the author of two acclaimed books — 7-10 Split: My Journey As America’s Whitest Black Kid and Rusty’s War: A Battle of the Mind — and a public speaker on Alzheimer’s advocacy, media diversity, and strategic storytelling.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, I lead with discipline, clarity, and a deep belief that capital and creativity can — and should — coexist in service of stories that last.
