The Agencyja Ellen Thompson has grown conscious of the shortcomings of Jamaican entertainers, she believes there is a huge market for training these acts. Armed with that rationale, plus the emotional drive and music business experience she gained through her artist son’s demise, she sets out to fill the void with the advent of The Agency – Artiste management and counseling is it’s business. However business is never as usual as she establishes herself as a woman to be reckoned with in what is very much a man’s world.
