Tucked away in a Houses of Parliament warren I've been beavering away on a black comedy script titled 'Cult of Chips Fisher' which is the best thing to come out of the English Civil Service since the Welfare State was formed. If that was the post-war 'New Jerusalem' well this is the post-apocalyptic 'New Pollution'. 'COCF' as I like to call it is only the tip of the iceberg - let’s make whoopee!!
