Cimone Green is an award winning filmmaker based out of Atlanta. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey. Cimone moved to College Park, Georgia at the tender age of 7. With a knack for reading advanced books such as the Bluest Eye. Cimone was placed in advanced placement classes for reading and math. As she grew older, her imagination ran wild leading her to major in Television Production at Chattahoochee Tech, which was short lived due to a near death experience that forever set her trajectory to focus on filmmaking full time. In 2017 she produced her first short film, “Impaired”, a story centered around the youth and their consumption of technology. Cimone has worked on various projects as a screenwriter and producer. She is currently working on several projects and is set to film her very first feature film “Things Left Unsaid”, a story about three siblings who want to spark a conversation with their estranged father, when tragedy strikes. Cimone aims to carve out her own lane of visual storytelling that will inspire, intrigue, enlighten, and educate her community.
