Elizabeth Dixon

Lizzy has worked as a writer and director across theatre and film. Her first short film ‘Whirlpool’ (Amazon), had a successful international festival run and went on to be an award winning short, earning academy qualification. As a writer, she also won a Research In Film Award (RIFA), from the AHRC, presented at BAFTA. She worked across several large projects, including film and audio, as development lead for an independent media and film company, and was a part of the BFI NETWORK 2021 cohort of working class film makers. In 2022 she was selected for a BBC development program with BBC Writers Room. She is currently focused on developing and writing passion driven content for TV & Film.
