I began my writing career two years ago when I passed my 70th birthday. When you reach my age, and death is staring you in the face, you want to record your life, experiences and lessons learned for posterity.

I am not in this for fame or fortune (though I won't turn them down if they come my way), but for the sheer power of film, as a medium, in reaching so many millions of people.

Today, here, I join a powerful, vibrant community and affirm that my humble life had value and meaning, not just for myself, but for every other human being on the face of this earth.
