From spine chilling horror films to emotionally charged documentaries, Thomas Hindy is a filmmaker who wants to tell bold stories that create conversation and change. Born in Atlanta Georgia, Thomas loves collaborating with others and creating films that evoke emotional responses from audiences all over the world. During his time in Cannes, Thomas will be screening his documentary film, “Beyond the Chair” at the American Pavilion, which showcases the story of a college student who went paralyzed in a diving accident, and the incredible resilience she embodies when learning to live with her injury.
