Lisa Purtscher

Lisa Purtscher, originally from Vienna, is a producer. After graduating from „die Graphische“ with a diploma in photography, Lisa was employed as a production assistant at SUPERFILM Filmpro- duktions GmbH for two years and studied sociology at the University of Vienna. As a young pro- ducer she realized various short film and music video projects in Vienna. She has been studying at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg since 2018, majoring in „International Producing“. Her social spot „Holy Happy Family“ won the Spotlight Film Festival, was nominated for the Ciclope Film Festival and the Young Directors Award in Cannes.
In 2021 she was a scholarship holder of an exchange program at La Fémis in Paris. The resulting short film „Mise à nu“ premiered at this year‘s 73rd Berlinale. She is currently working with her suc- cessful duo Lotta Schmelzer on their first feature film about a young female influencer. They are in development of the script with „ZDF Kleines Fernsehspiel“.
