In 2016, Gwamaka co-founded Tai Animation Studio, an innovative powerhouse driving the production of cutting-edge 3D animation content across East and Central Africa. His work has garnered global recognition, collaborating with esteemed international organizations such as UNESCO, UNFPA, UNICEF, WaterAid, and Embassies, to craft short animated movies that inspire individuals to take meaningful action.
Gwamaka's exceptional talent has garnered numerous accolades and acknowledgments. Notably, his films triumphed as the best in their category at the prestigious Tanzania Film Festival Awards in 2021 and 2022. Furthermore, his contributions were recognized on an international scale, earning him a nomination at the Pan African International Film Festival, Los Angels in 2021 and the Africa International Film Festival in 2022 held in Nigeria.
