Claudia Mulet

Claudia Mulet is a Cuban actress, singer, visual artist and director based in New York City. She was born and raised in Havana, Cuba and is a graduate of Cuba’s prestigious ISA (Superior Institute of Arts) with a bachelor in Performing Arts. After graduating, Claudia was cast in The Nederlander’s historic production of RENT in Havana, directed by Andy Sr Jr in collaboration with Michael Greif. The production was filmed and went on to become a documentary, “Revolution Rent”, now on HBO MAX.
Claudia is currently living in New York City continuing her career as a performer and making her professional debut as a director.
She was the associate director of a production of “In the Heights” at Oklahoma City University (OCU) alongside Luis Salgado as a director. Claudia has been part of shows like On Your Feet First National Tour and In the Heights, Viva Broadway “Hear Our Voices”, among others. C. Mulet’s art includes paintings, performances, and video art. Claudia’s work has been featured in select artistic endeavors, including collaborations with renowned artists at events such as Art Basel, the International Havana Biennale and other artistic performances across the country.
