Growing up, I was always told I had a knack for storytelling. I was creating worlds and characters and engaging scenarios based on my real-life shenanigans and some hypotheticals from casual near misses. From a young age, I always struggled to write my ideas down and to find out it was due to my dyslexia. I never let it stop me, and I somewhat pride myself on it.
I recently graduated from university (the first person in my family to do so!). I graduated with a Master's in Screenwriting from the University of Roehampton in London. (if you like me, I grew up working class in the middle of the backwaters of the UK; you get that's a considerable achievement.)
With a degree under my belt, the next step is to get networking, so that's why I'm here! Sure, I can use LinkedIn, but I'm a creative, not a corporate machine!
