My name is Autumn Martin, and I am a young filmmaker from Fort Smith, Arkansas currently in the process of getting my Bachelor’s Degree in Film and Journalism at the University of Central Arkansas. I specialize in videography, data wrangling, and editing for films and music videos.
At my time at UCA, I have worked on over 20+ film sets, mainly in Arkansas, one being UCA Film Festival Selection, "Carrying My Bag of Bones", which I edited and sound designed.
I have also done multiple other roles on set, including: Director, Director of Photography, 1st Assistant Camera, 2nd Assistant Director, Sound Mixer, Sound Designer, Script Supervisor, Data Wrangler, BTS Photographer, Props Master, and Clapper.
As well at UCA, I am apart of the Broadcast Journalism Program. I have been apart of the UCA News 6 team since 2022, working as a Broadcast Reporter, Camera Operator, and Live Graphics for each show. My package, "Gibson's Cat Cafe," won first place under the Television Feature category at the Arkansas College Media Association for the 2022-2023 year.
While in college, I have also worked with Soar Dance Academy to help film and edit music videos, and be the technical director for their live dance showcase for the past 3 years.
