I didn’t make homemade movies as a child. I didn’t write my first script before I was 10. I didn’t study film in university and to this day I still don’t play any instrument. I didn’t see my cinema future all laid out in front of me from an early age.
But looking back at crossroads and choices, I have been unknowingly preparing for cinema for a long time. I studied Journalism, worked as a reporter for 4 years, then as a copywriter for 8, with a 1-year interlude in Housekeeping for a luxury hotel in the US.
I made 3 shorts that were shown in competition in Clermont-Ferrand, Les Arcs and other festivals and I'm currently developing a TV series and a feature.
The experience in the hotel led me to start developing DIRTY, a comedy-drama TV series based around the lives of four cleaning maids in a luxury hotel. The project was part of Torino Film Lab’s 2022 Series Lab.
