Since childhood, I have always dreamed of inventing cutting-edge technology.
When I was 11, I purchased my first home computer, a Commodore Vic-20.
I would spend hours on end learning and writing basic computer programming. I always wanted to stay ahead of the upcoming technological advances, so I brought my next home computer, a Commodore 64, less than a year later.
My daughter was born on January 06, 1986. Six days later, I turned 18 years old. I attended night school, which permitted me to graduate from Westport High School in May of 1986, one year early, and I ranked 11th out of my class of 145. In 1986, I enrolled in the Electronic Engineering Bachelor of Science program at DeVry Institute of Technology, now DeVry University. My twin sons were born on June 8, 1988; the following year, my youngest son was born on October 16, 1989. On December 4, 1988, I married my high school sweetheart and mother of all my children.
In 2011, there was a Google Fiber International Challenge competition. My idea of modernizing America’s voting technology using biometric technology allowed me to be one of 19 finalists selected to pitch their ideas to a panel of judges. Although I did not win the competition, my idea of EVoteTechnology was the only one chosen to be interviewed by a local channel, the WDAF news station.
On March 1, 2022, and November 1, 2022, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) issued me patent numbers 11,263,853 and 11,488272, respectively, for my cutting-edge invention, EVoteTechnology.
In the Electronic Engineering Bachelor of Science program, I resumed my classes at DeVry University in the fall of 2021 to finish what I started over 30 years ago.
I’m compelled to restore integrity to our U.S. Presidential elections. My ultimate plan is to establish a new world standard for conducting elections.
EVoteTechnology shall make it possible for every registered voter to be counted and verified, and verification of individual participation (V.I.P.) or a non-participation receipt shall be recorded for each registered voter in every election.
