Dominic Ewenson

Dominic Ewenson, a Toronto-based film producer, launched his producing career at the age of 17, having since completing over 150 television and web advertisements for diverse corporations and businesses.

As an industry innovator, Dominic founded Aperture Equipment Corp, elevating the film production landscape by providing cutting-edge equipment to top-tier productions in underserved regions across Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.

In 2018, Dominic established Vibe Check Entertainment, a boutique production company that produced two notable feature films. His debut, "Papa est Devenu un Lutin," enjoyed a successful theatrical release in Quebec. Following this success, "Woodland Grey" premiered at Toronto's Blood in the Snow festival in 2021.

Beyond his independent ventures, Dominic collaborates with prominent Canadian production companies & independent producers, leading projects destined for theatrical and broadcast markets, both national & global.

In 2023, Dominic Ewenson re-branded his enterprise to French Toast Films, signalling a shift dedicated to crafting impactful content in the scripted space. He actively pursues international co-production opportunities to bring diverse stories to screens worldwide.
