SYNOPSIS:

The story begins in the Enchanted Forest where hunters Dilbert and Buford lay in wait in an attempt to catch a mischievous Fairy, Elmira Huldre. Dilbert and Buford know that if they catch Elmira, they'll receive a lifetime of good luck, plus unlimited wishes for the rest of their lives. Knowing full well that if she gets caught she'll be banished from the Enchanted Forest forever, Elmira can't stop herself from taunting Dilbert and Buford. Setting a trap with honey, Buford and Dilbert finally catch Elmira. Coming to Elmira's aid, a gnome named Elvis tears Buford to bloody shreds. Elvis then chomps down on Dilbert’s leg, and before he can retreat to the sanctuary of his dark cave, the sun comes up and turns him to stone. With Elvis attached to his leg, Dilbert demands that Elmira grant his wish for a million dollar mansion. Magically, Dilbert is whisked away to the front porch of his new million dollar mansion with Elvis attached to his leg and Elmira by his side. Haggard and broken down, Elmira is sadly condemned to live out her remaining days in suburbia as Dilbert’s wife. With her parents out of town, Dori West and her boyfriend Dean throw a raucous party and invite all of their friends. Outraged by the loud music, next door neighbors Dilbert and Elmira barge into the West residence and threaten to call the cops if the kids don't turn the music down. Enraged, Dean hatches a plan to get even with Dilbert and Elmira by kidnapping her beloved garden gnome and holding it hostage. After taking a photo of the gnome hostage, Dean and his friends tape the photo to Elmira's door and ring the bell before running off. Seething, Elmira sneaks into the West residence and slinks for the basement door attempting to free Elvis the Garden Gnome from his captors. When the kids see Elmira lurking in the house they scream. Startled, Elmira loses her balance and tumbles down the stairs. The kids freak out when they realize Elmira's dead. Elmira's blood seeps into Elvis and brings him back to life. Enraged by the death of his dear friend Elmira, Elvis sets out to exact revenge on the kids. Finding themselves in a life or death struggle with the supernatural munchkin, the kids must figure out a way to exterminate the pint sized pest or perish.
