Irate when she becomes the face of an anti-immigration campaign, the Statue of Liberty comes to life as a normal woman determined to stop her exploitation, but needs a refugee sculptor’s help as she confronts deportation, a psychiatric ward, Homeland Security, and being alive.  Most challenging, they fall in love.
