Mags Henley has been drawn to the creative arts since childhood. Originally an actor, she realized she had more power behind the scenes and developed her skills as a director, writer, and producer by becoming actively involved in community theater. Recalling her love of music videos, she immersed herself in the world of filmmaking by joining Webster University’s film program in 2005.
Upon graduation from film school in 2009, Mags began collaborating with the members of Corner Film Productions on their second feature-length film, CASUALTIES OF THE STATE, adding them to her ever-growing list of film and theater associations.
In addition to numerous film projects, Mags has been developing a series of adventure books with her sister, Nancy, and is writing two plays—a mystery and a musical.
