Ray Brown

Ray Lenard Brown fell in love with film and began writing (short stories) at the tender age of 11. Since that time he has published two novels, “The Quest, Book One: Dunumos” (adventure), “Condemned” (Horror), and a comic book (based on “The Quest”). In 2014, he will publish the second book in The Quest series entitled “The Chronicles of War.”

His first children’s novel entitled “Kidtropolis” will be release (by Spectacle Publishing) this month and his horror novel “Condemned” was optioned as a motion picture, in earlier this year. Just recently he completed a screenplay for a psychological thriller titled “Insanity,” and he is currently producing a screenplay that he penned titled and “83 Days,” (which is based on the true story of the 1944 South Carolina execution of 14-year-old George Stinney Junior).

A graduate of Full Sail University, where he received both his Bachelors in Business and Masters in Creative Writing, Ray is a savvy business man and a builder of visions. He is an imaginative and gifted creator who has the integrity and the passion to produce whatever he puts his mind too.

Ray established Pleroma Studios Entertainment in January 2012, his mission, as an independent motion picture production company is to develop and produce independent films that, not only entertain and spark emotions, but also take filmgoers on an incredible journey. In his words, “An adventure so fantastic that when viewers leave the theater they will feel obligated to tell someone about their experience, and/or maybe even invite them along for the ride.”
