Seven year old Ana Lucia's Christmas gets off to a rough start until she is summoned to the amazing land of Polaris and tasked with searching for Santa Claus who has gone missing.

SYNOPSIS:

With Christmas only days away, seven year old Ana Lucia Valdez suddenly finds herself with a lot on her plate. One of her best friends is moving away, her older brother, Albert, is coming home from college, the rush and anxiety of the season is getting to her.

When Ana Lucia overhears her parents talking about what they should get her for Christmas, she is stunned and confused.

After giving it some thought, she concludes that Santa Claus must be made up, but before she can accept this revelation fully, something extraordinary happens.

After a magical creature visits Ana Lucia one night and tells her that Santa Claus has gone missing, she sets out on a journey that takes her to Japan, Scotland, and the icy wastelands of a mysterious place called Polaris. Learning lessons, building friendships, and finding her inner strength along the way.
