I started my career in New York city an s a production assistant on small film shoots, music videos and commercials in and around the city . I shot my first short film 'Trixster' while attending the New York Film Academy. About a year later I was accepted as a Directing Fellow at the American Film Institute Conservatory.
I've produced and directed a commercial spec spot that later licensed to Blip TV, a video content provider that supplied telecom company's across Europe and Aisa. I followed the spec spot with my second independently produced short 'The Buzzard', based on the New York Times magazine story. The Buzzard screened at several festivals in 2009 including the Beloit international Film festival, and the Hollywood Black festival and the Los Angeles Asians Pacific Film Festival to name a few.
Over the years I've held positions in varying capacities from development to marketing at production companies and studios such as NBC Universal, ABC and Disney, and I've also been involved in the production of long form television projects.
I'm currently the founder and CEO of EightEleven Studios. A tech/production company that is in post-production of the app series "Intercept" coming in 2019. Checkout the trailer below and follow our progress on IG: eightelevenstudios.
