A quick summary as to why I hope you will share in our compassion and desire to end hunger in America... A problem that is growing at epidemic proportion.
14.5 percent of households in America struggle to put food on their table... This figure is increasing daily. Compounding this tragedy, as much as one in five children are at risk of being “food insecure”. In this abundant country it is not a question of food shortages, but rather a question of individual economics and circumstances.
America is the land where We The People roll up our sleeves committing our time, energy and yes, our money to resolve even the worst of problems.
No single inanity can resolve all of the hunger in this country. But through a collection of efforts we can.
To that end the First Miracle Foundation will open a series of cafes which will be called The Americares Café. The Americares Café will feed our hungry in America who are in need of dignity, respect, and a nutritious meal served by a friendly face, in a peaceful atmosphere regardless of their ability to pay.
The First Miracle Foundation is in full compliance to operate as a Not for Profit organization.
All documentation pertaining to our 501(C) (3) application has been filed including, our IRS form 1023.
We are now in the process of pulling together all of the necessary resources to meet this very worthwhile objective.
It is our goal to engage in lasting, meaningful relationships built on Honesty and Trust with those who share in our compassion to end hunger in America, We look forward to your involvement as a donor, employee or champion of this cause. We shall strive each day to live up to your expectations and the responsibilities of our organization.
