SYNOPSIS:

Susie Bear comes home after years of traveling to find her parents and their home in much disarray.  After realizing her parents can no longer care for themselves, Susie Bear cancels future travels and starts caring for them.  While doing so, she ends up inventing not only several gadgets to help them walk and move around, but other forest animals come to her for help.  As the series develops, Susie Bear creates a skilled nursing home in the forest for animals who can no longer care for themselves.  She also has assistance with other animals to open a rehab and her neighborhood becomes a community service like no other.  As the series develops, animals from all over the world hear about her skilled nursing home and travel from all parts of the world to receive care.  Unfortunately, the larger the forest grows with animals, the more endangered they become by humans encroaching on their forest.
