When a third-rate vampire loses his fangs during a night of holiday debauchery, a trip to a seedy dentist's office leads to elusive visions of nostalgia and lost love.

SYNOPSIS:

Enrique Darkwind was a loser in life, but now he's an immortal beast, a creature of the night, a bloodsucking fiend...and still pretty much the same dork he's always been. After a crazy night--the longest night of the year--of Saturnalia debauchery, he wakens from his blood-tinged hangover to discover that he has somehow managed to break his precious fangs into worthless stumps. When it turns out that the seedy dentist who specializes in these kinds of things has already fled town for the holidays, Enrique discovers the most radiant creature he's ever laid eyes on--Jan, the hygienist. As her implements of pain dig directly into Enrique's lost soul, he imagines a winter wonderland with Jan--a life of love that he never thought possible. But can the hunger of a beast ever be satiated with cozy fireplaces and warm cups of cocoa?
