Ed Hanson

After retiring from a 28-year teaching career, I turned professionally to acting in 2008. I enjoy the traveling aspects of acting, but I also enjoy being a bit of a homebody, so in 2011, I founded my own theatre company, Talking Horse Productions, in Columbia, MO. We produce smaller works in a black box space. The Talking Horse Theatre seats around 75. we designed the space with the stage, tech booth, and some audience tiered seating all on casters, so we can reconfigure the space in a variety of ways. I still enjoy acting, and I take a couple of contracts each year as my schedule allows. Be in touch!
