In this gender-bender, two lonely people go to a bar, hoping to meet their online blind date, but nothing turns out as expected.

SYNOPSIS:

Urban setting, anywhere in the world, Christmas Eve, one of the most depressing days of the year for singles; Jules, late 40's, dressed to kill, strides into Sue's rundown retro bar. Sue’s attempt to flirt with him fails; Jules is here to meet his blind date, a male poet. When Paula, early twenties, dressed as a sexy Santa, tells Jules she’s waiting for a young god, Jules believes she's coming on to him. He chooses to wait by the door. Meanwhile Sue and Paula have a heart to heart about guys.

When his date doesn’t show up, Jules, disgruntled, tries to woo Paula who nearly chokes to death when she hears his name. Jules saves her and discovers another twist on his lemon.
