Magalie is a multidisciplinary performer and a bilingual actress originally from Québec city now established in Toronto. Magalie is a skilled dancer; she trained in ballet, hip hop, jazz and modern dance which she enhances with her own brand of gymnastics and stunts. Moreover, she was coached in classical and contemporary vocal arts by distinguished Québec vocal trainer Mrs Manon Lefrançois. After studying at George Brown Theatre School, she toured the play A Permanent Solution (TBD Theatre Co.), performed in The Vagina Monologues (Scuderia Productions) and obtained a lead role in Sex, Drugs and the Gospel Singer (Working Reel Productions). Her directing credits include Les Papillons de nuit (Les Indisciplinés de Toronto) and Boeing Boeing (Scuderia Productions). Magalie also writes poetry slams and stand up comedy/theatre. She is also interested in film and will soon be seen in a few short films before the end of 2015!
