In an effort to actually get a benefit out of Stage 32, I'll only be accepting requests from people who will either A) benefit me or B) will be benefitted by my skill set.

My main focus on this site is to promote my script consultation business.

First of all, let me tell you what I'm not here to do:

I'M NOT HERE TO TRANSFORM YOUR SCRIPT INTO MY SCRIPT!

You have great ideas! Why would I want to change them?

You need someone to help YOU convey what YOU'RE trying to create, not someone who wants to transform your script into their own personal vision of what they think it should be. YOUR ideas are what's important here, so let me help you make them clear, concise and sellable!

Here's what I AM here to do: Help you make your script be the best it can be, using your ideas and foundation, plus my "outside eye" and experience. Sometimes we get too close to our work, and need someone to give it a shake and let us know what's working, and more importantly, what's not working.

WHO I AM:

I'm a produced and published playwright, with 15 published plays and musicals (and more to come in 2013) that have received thousands of productions in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and English-language schools all over the world.

I'm a produced screenwriter, with TV episodes for ABC, UPN, Disney Channel and Fox, plus in-house pilots for Klasky-Csupo and MTV.

WHAT I'M OFFERING:

I can give you notes on structure, character, plot as well as format.

For screenplays and plays - For $100 I will provide 2-4 pages of notes covering what works and, more importantly, what doesn't (isn't that what we really need to hear?) with plot, character and structure. These will include specific examples plus a detailed overview of the script as a whole. For an additional $25 I will also make myself available for a one-hour phone or Skype consultation to discuss the script and notes if needed.

For $200, I will provide page-by-page notes on plot, character and structure, including suggestions to make what YOU'RE trying to convey more clear. For an additional $25 I will also make myself available for a one-hour phone or Skype consultation to discuss the script and notes.

For outlines and pitches - For $100 I offer the same services I offer for screenplays and plays, plus the phone or Skype consultation.

Turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours after I receive the script.
