SYNOPSIS:
The Dark Side of Lust features an antagonist who harbors an abnormal sex drive garnished with a heavy dose of malignant narcissism. He personifies the human male out of control. With his sadism in tow, he couldn't care less about the human wreckage left behind in his deviant wake. Despite being a chief of police, he lives a secret life preying on young women. To stop this female desecration, enter a transferred detective protagonist, Bart lane, who--slowly but surely--zeros in on his boss while working under the supercilious Houseman. The chief likes to toy with Lane, sending him on the missing-women cases to keep him occupied. It comes back to "bite" Houseman when Lane grows suspicious of his boss and eventually his cop's curiosity pushes him to investigate (seriously) the three mssing women cases assigned to him while knowing if he's wrong it could jeopardize his career; if he's right it could end up a homicide epidemic.
