SYNOPSIS:

Cosmo and Basil Flute have only had each other to look to in the world. These two mid- 30's, street performing brothers could not be more different. While Cosmo approaches life with a carefree style, Basil maintains a firm, business style manner in the vein of Dean Martin. One afternoon, the two brothers are on their opposing corners fighting for an audience when a man stumbles between them and collapses in the street. Searching his body for identification, the brothers come across an intriguing map. They quickly flee knowing they have found the key to their financial futures if they can only decipher the map. Zera, an early 30's woman on a mission, comes across the body just after Basil and Cosmo have fled. We soon learn that she has been employed to find the map and bring it back to her boss, the Mysterious Man. Trying to pick up a trail of where the map could now be, Zera is on the hunt. Cosmo and Basil do their best to research the map, but luck into some assistance from the sexy, local librarian. She believes that they hold the key to finding Jesse James' buried treasure. With bodies seeming to fall just on their tails, Cosmo and Basil begin their action filled journey to the city of St. Joseph, Missouri so that they may stake claim to the lost James treasure before the Mysterious Man intervenes. It is a tale of adventure, love and exploration for two brothers who find out that they have grown up relative strangers.
