SYNOPSIS:
Memphis Rose, one of the world’s best basketball players, is blessed with a new lucrative contract. But with a new contract comes drama from jealous family members and friends as well a shady past. Trying to manage his family and entourage under the spot light of fame and his own personal demons, he struggles to hold it together. The Game meets The Wire

It's a good idea. Is there an inciting incident? Something that propels him out of doubt to go on a specific direction and take action? For instance if he had doubts about accepting the lucrative contract and something dramatic happened, such as a relative's jealousy becomes violent or crazy and he realizes he needs to follow his own dreams and stay away from negative people.
