LOGLINE: A Record Mogul passes away hours before sealing a merger deal with a Chinese Media Conglomerate that would save his failing record label, resulting in a three way power struggle to run the company between the existing music 'suits', the moguls 40 year-old, imbecilic man-child son & his entourage of moronic friends, and the beautiful but shrewd, intimidating Chinese liaison from the music conglomerate.
