About Fabien

Fabien Garosi is a french London based film composer. He’s known for his work on «Susu » (UK - 2018 - Director: Yixi Sun), « Matali Crasset » (France - 2019 - Director: Remy Batteault), « The Itch » (USA - 2016/2017 -Director: Tim Driscoll).

Born in 1973, Garosi started his musical studies at IREM (Institut Régional D’Expressions Musicales, Bordeaux), where he learned piano, composition, arrangement, and orchestration.

He quickly began working as a composer in the field of TV advertising, institutional movies, and documentaries. Some notable accomplishments include Shine France, Freemantlemedia, Paprec, Mercialys, French TV channels as TF1, M6, W9, TMC, and so on.
His passion for the cinema has driven him to work closely with filmmakers from China, the USA, and across Europe.

Owing to inspiration from greats such as Debussy, Ravel, Air, and Prince, Garosi’s knowledge of traditional writing techniques are crossed with more modern techniques. This eclecticism adds its own emotional dimension to his soundtracks.
