In her 20+ years as an artist, writer, musician, and creative business consultant, people like to refer to LisaBeth as a Renaissance Woman, but she prefers “Creativist”. LisaBeth was the Production Supervisor and Press & Media Rep on the independent feature film, THE NORTH STAR, starring former Philadelphia Eagles football player Jeremiah Trotter, John Diehl, Lynn Whitfield, Keith David, and Clifton Powell. She also did the publicity for the film including arranging interviews, multiple TV appearances, red carpet screenings, and news articles. LisaBeth was in Theater Management at the Sundance Film Festival for 6 years and worked in Filmmaker Guests Services at the Philly Film Festival for 7 years. She’s designed an ornament for the White House Christmas Tree. She makes handmade pins for causes, that have been worn by Hillary Clinton, Gloria Steinem, and Madeleine Albright. She does custom hand-lettering and has her own font called “weber hand”. LisaBeth is also a freelance writer for Region’s Business, FIG Doylestown, and PC Solutions magazine. Music-wise, she recently wrote 50 songs in less than a year and was asked by the writer/director of THE NORTH STAR to write a song for a scene in the film. She’s recorded 3 independent CD’s including one with Grammy winning producer/engineer Bil VornDick. She’s opened shows for Nanci Griffith, Ralph Stanley, Roy Clark, and over 50 others, has been a guest on WXPN and two of her songs were featured on NPR’s CARTALK. LisaBeth's song "TROUBLE MAN" was chosen as a top ten favorite on WXPN. A tribute to linemen working in storms, it has just reached 6000 views on YouTube. In 2011, she was invited by the band Blackberry Winter, (the musicians from the Oscar nominated film WINTER’S BONE starring Jennifer Lawrence) to sing one of her original songs during their national tour. LisaBeth has served on the Board of Directors of the Women's Business Forum in Doylestown and has been a long time volunteer for many causes. She has completed four walking marathons for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, and is a thyroid cancer survivor.
