Monique Birtwell dreamt of being an actress in Hollywood before she even knew where her dreamland was. Starting in sixth grade, she starred in her school’s only production about a girl’s walk through history. Monique worked her way up through every drama class and workshop she could. She began as a stage manager at the Blue Room Theater in Chico, California, and worked her way onto the stage in productions like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Cannibal the Musical, and Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. After getting her first taste starring in an ensemble cast of Moulin Rouge, she knew her time had come to take her career to the next level. Four years ago, she made her dreams a reality and packed up her life in Northern California to pursue her career as an actress. Two years ago she met Anthony Bergeron and the pair quickly fostered a creative friendship that has led to many artistic endeavors including the Neon Valley trilogy and many others in pre-production. She will also be starring in an upcoming project this summer with Sharp films.
