I have been in the video production business for nearly thirty years. I graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 1991 and began my career transferring 8mm/Super 8 film to VHS for a B2B media production company called Video QuikLAB. Ten years and thousands of productions later I was the General Manager. I left Video QuikLAB when I was offered a TV Broadcast Engineer position at BECON-TV, which is owned and operated by the School Board of Broward County, where I have served in this capacity for almost 18 years.
I have maintained a freelance audio and video production business called Interactive Digital Media (I-D-Media), which has created corporate videos for a wide range of clients including Aetna Health Services, Holy Cross Hospital, South Plantation High School, Calvary Lighthouse United Church, Renaissance Fellowship Church, QuikShot Basketball Return Systems, and Quench The Palette Paint Parties. We specialize in producing short form marketing videos for distribution on websites or via social media.
I also provide an event DJ service under the name, DJDean, specializing in corporate and private events.
