Sanja Ristic

ACTRESS
Sanja has been active for 10 years in some of the most exceptional European theatre and dance productions as well as in Film and Television. She has won several awards such as a Golden Leopard for her work in the critically acclaimed foreign drama “Fraulein” and was part of productions that won renowed prizes such “Best Film” at the Sarajevo Filmfestival and “Best Script” at the Locarno Film Festival.

PERFORMING ARTIST
Sanja’s explosive roles and her versatility as a character have not only gained her recognition at the european theater and dance festivals but has also made her the sweetheart of the some of most reputable directors in both Switzerland and Germany. She has worked in Basel Zurich and Berlin with European superstar directors like Constanza Macras, Helena Waldmann from Berlin, Tom Ryser, Meret Matter, Andrea Staka and Rafael Sanchez.

TV HOST FOR MTV SWITZERLAND
Aside from her work as an actress, Sanja wears many different hats. For the last years she was cast as one of the main talk show hosts for SF (National Swiss Television) as well as the Swiss Music Television, where she was hosting shows such as the Rock Music Line Up. During her time at MTV Switzerland, she became the creator of her own Show called “Push” which instantly became one of the most popular program on the channel and was picked up for several seasons after. As a celebrity Sanja has been a frequent guest to the famous Late Night TV Show Harald Schmidt in Germany, and at the Swiss Television SF and Telebasel.

DIRECTOR
After working as a director for many Fashion Stage and TV Productions. Sanja has produced her debut original stage production “Protect Me From Myself” in 2009. Sanja shared her live-wire energetic performances in Berlin, Amsterdam, Bremen, Switzerland and has performed in World Festivals and Venues such as the Fusion – Festival 2010, in Berlin. The most vibrant Hot Spot in Europe where over 60,000 People meet each year.

NOW
She now lives in the United States and Switzerlandwhere she is developing her new Production “Animal Instinct”. Aside from her Production Work at the 3LD Technology Center where she is devloping the Multimedia Part for the Show, she is taking master classes at Berklee Music College and is training at the Broadway Dance Center in New York for the upcomming Show Production. She is looking to further develop her career as an actress & performing artist in a creative Music Film and Entertainment Industry.
