“BIANCA JAMES WON’T STOP STARING AT ME”
By Greg Gray

GENRE: Comedy
LOGLINE: The whitest guy on earth must convince a highly eligible black girl that she’s ogling him nonstop for a reason or risk living displaced, pathetic, and alone.

SYNOPSIS:

“Bianca James Won’t Stop Staring At Me” begins with “whitest guy alive” and lady’s man opposite, Lucas Leary getting rejected in a humiliating catastrophe. Adding insult to injury, the displaced 29-year-old then learns he must be married by age 30 to inherit his grandma’s house. Enter Bianca James, an African American stunner who’s well attuned to her own culture. She’s been beating off guys with a stick, and is seemingly blasé with the constant male attention, when she meets Lucas and sparks indisputably fly. The problem is Lucas’ hot-but-crazy new neighbor with a crush, Kasey, and Bianca’s biased best friend, Avery who are endlessly scheming to keep them apart. But luckily, Vanessa, an adept matchmaker, steps in to help Lucas. Antics ensue as they work to win him Bianca in a series of comically strategized situations. To their surprise, Lucas and Bianca discover they actually have a lot in common and romance seems on the brink. But if Lucas doesn’t become wise to Kasey and Avery’s conspiring in time, he may lose his chance with Bianca forever.
