Vanessa Dupre'

Vanessa Dupre’ is an independent video producer and editor working in Italy and the United States. She has produced short films, independent television programming, commercials and music videos. Vanessa graduated from Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna with a double major in History and Gender Studies.
She also completed a Master program in Multimedia and Communication from Academy of Art University of San Francisco. Her knowledge and skills were further expanded with additional coursework and workshops in visual and creative aspects of film and video, lighting techniques, and freelance videography work. Working on all stages of pre and post-production – from the initial pitch of a story idea to the final editing – she covered topics ranging from the Occupy Oakland riots to California’s entertainment and fashion industries. As a freelance video producer and director, Vanessa draws on international experience in TV journalism, communications and PR, and on a passion for combining words, visuals and audio to craft efficient messages.
