GENRE: Comedy
LOGLINE:

In a absurd alternate reality where right-wing conspirators control all media, a naive TV producer pitches a honest news show, only to watch it devolve into a chaotic farce of lizard people, rigged elections, and deep-state pizza parlors, forcing her to navigate the hilarious hypocrisy to save her sanity.

SYNOPSIS:

In "Conspiracy Central," the world of television and movies is dominated by a cabal of right-wing moguls who peddle nothing but outlandish lies and fake news as entertainment. Our protagonist, Alex Thompson, a wide-eyed producer fresh out of film school, lands her dream job at TruthNet Studios, believing she's about to create groundbreaking journalism. Instead, she finds herself in a madhouse where scripts are rewritten to include mandatory conspiracy theories, actors are forced to improvise about globalist plots, and ratings soar only when the "news" involves alien abductions tied to liberal agendas. As Alex tries to sneak in actual facts, her efforts backfire spectacularly: a simple weather report turns into a rant about chemtrails controlling the population, and a rom-com pitch spirals into a thriller about Soros-funded time travelers. Through escalating absurdity—complete with boardroom meetings debating if the moon landing was faked by Democrats and on-set meltdowns over "woke" props like round Earth globes—Alex uncovers the fragile house of cards built on deceit. This biting satire lampoons the echo chambers of misinformation, showing how a media landscape ruled by conspirators would crumble under its own ridiculous weight, leaving audiences questioning what's real and what's just prime-time paranoia.
